With over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting within various industries, such as high-tech startups, healthcare and retail. Keith has extensive experience with SEC filings, financial statement & audit preparation, due diligence support for fundraising transactions and management of all main accounting functions. He is a CMA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University & an MBA in International Business from St. Mary’s College of California.
