We offer more stability by having multiple employees who can work on your account. We also have personally interviewed and trained each employee in our company. We also ensure that our accountants use a private wifi connections while at work. 

We have a simple contract and include the first 20 hours for free as a free trial period that can be used for onboarding our accountant. You can cancel our services at any time with a one-week notice. (after the free trial period).

We are located in both the USA and the Philippines. In the USA, we are located in Silicon Valley, and in the Philippines, we are located in Bacolod City. Bacolod City has a strong English-speaking community and has a number of local colleges with accounting programs.

Although we're based in Silicon Valley in Northern California, our remote services can be utilized anywhere across the United States.

We have expertise with QuickBooks Online and NetSuite, and can also quickly get up to speed on any other accounting system that a client might use.

While we don't directly manage payroll, we can assist with data entry and data verification to help ensure accurate payroll processing.

We don't handle tax return preparation directly. However, we can assist with data entry for your tax returns.
